3. For the calculation of NAV/share, regarding companies that proceed to buying own shares, acquisition cost of these shares is not deducted and the total number of shares is taken into account

4. The statistical data of the Portfolio Investment Companies (Statistics P.I.C – Bulletin of Listed P.I.C.) are given

o on a monthly basis from 1/1/1997 until 31/12/2000

o bimonthly from 1/1/2001 until 30/9/2003

o every ten days starting from 20/10/2003 (according to rule 4/278/12.08.2003 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the “Contents of records published by Portfolio Investment Companies based on Law 1969/1991 article 12”)

 

Calculation of the Net Asset Value (NAV)

1. Grand Total Assets in current prices (Grand Total Assets + Unrealized capital gains of the period)
Less: Difference from valuation of securities that is represented in Assets of the Balance Sheet
Less: Creditors + Provisions for liabilities and charges
Less: Accruals and deferred Income
Plus: Dividend of the previous fiscal year before the Ex dividend

2. Total Capital and Reserves
Less: Difference from valuation of securities that is represented in Assets of the Balance Sheet
Plus: Profits of the period
Plus: Unrealized capital gains of the period
Plus: Dividend of the previous fiscal year before the Ex dividend
